Esme Moloi is a strategic force, creative visionary, and cultural storyteller whose work reflects both innovation and deep-rooted legacy. With over 12 years of experience spanning telecoms, broadcasting, financial services, NGOs, and marketing agencies, Esme has built a career defined by impact, intention, and brilliance.
A Legacy of Creative Excellence
Esme was born into artistry and storytelling. She is the daughter of legendary gospel icon Matthews Moloi, a celebrated member of the hit group Pure Gold, and Rachel Rudzani Moloi, a pioneering media executive and founder of Dumisa TV on Soweto TV. Her mother’s genius birthed some of South Africa’s most iconic musical and television productions, including Mzambiya, Msawawa, Ezomoya, Marubini, and many other cultural gems that defined a generation.
This rich creative lineage shaped Esme’s unique worldview — one that honours heritage while boldly embracing the future.
